I broke my vow to not watch until Berube was gone or major trades made. Smart choice. I can honestly say, I don't feel any special attachment to any of these players. They can all be traded for all I care. Bleh.

This is the Ranger team that has been shut out 7 times at home this season.

Basically same record as the Leafs, same trend of recent playoff futility...been there about the same amount of time as Berube. Just saying! (ok, back to lurking until Berube is fired or significant players are moved)

I don't care about those draft picks - sunk cost, can't worry about it. But I'd be ok with a new GM/coach before completely blowing it up.

I've come around to the belief that this is a blow-it-up situation. How do you retool this roster especially with the lack of young impact players in the system. Retooling probably just means a couple more years of mediocre hockey before it completely collapses, so might as well start now.

Well, if one thing has become obvious over the past 10 years, Leaf management is never afraid to make the big move. Watch, the pp will score a bunch of goals (because, eventually, some of those shots will go in) and it will be "problem solved"
