I did not think much of the incident, but who know's.

Slew-footing can be dangerous, but that one didn't look too bad. I would classify it more as a trip.

I feel like we've seen much worse and much more dangerous slew foot type plays go unpunished, so, I doubt anything will come of this. Phaneuf is clearly frustrated, though.

There was a little swing of the leg that looked like a potential kicking motion after the slew foot that I thought could have gained more attention but overall I don't think there's much in it at all.

I'd be somewhat surprised if there was any discipline (maybe a small fine if anything) but then again, it is the NHL so who knows.

This is Toronto, I think we'd have heard something by now if the league were looking into it.
