This won't be pretty

I hope the Leafs are better in front of the kid than they were against Buffalo. Personally I think Woll has a way to go to becoming a bonafide backup. Having said that if they don't start picking up the goals for it's not going to matter. Next couple weeks are going to be interesting. We have played the majority of our games at home and that's going to change in the next couple weeks which includes the first trip out west. Islanders have lost 5 straight but I agree with you about this one.

Islander fans are among the league's most thoughtful, so I'm sure that when a few bad apples start up a "We don't need you!" chant when Tavares is on the ice, the great majority will drown them out with "Actually, we could use a guy with your talents!"

I see them breaking out with a slightly revised version of Meatloaf's "Two Out of Three ain't Bad":

We want you (We want you)
We love you (We love you)
But there ain't no way we're ever gonna need you.

Isles are the lowest scoring team in the league so why am I expecting them to score 5 against the Leafs tonight?

Optimistic bunch aren't we..... ;D

But I also feel decidedly pessimistic...

Sunday night.  On the Isle.  B2B.  Kid in goal who looked suspect to me last time.

But hey who knows.
