Line-up Notes

?Since Bernier allowed 5 goals on 31 shots against Edmonton earlier in the season, my guess would be Reimer starts Tuesday and Bernier plays against Calgary
?Lupul participated in the Leafs practice on Monday and was on a line with McClement and Ashton, but Carlyle said that he was "labouring" in practice so it might still be too early for him
?Kulemin and Fraser also skated at practice but neither are ready to play
?Liles was called up to serve as the teams 7th defenceman during their 3-game road trip, and right now it appears he'll be a healthy scratch

Code:

?Richard Bachman set an Oilers record for most saves in a debut with the team with 47 in a shoot-out loss against LA on Sunday, he will likely start again with Dubnyk sucking/hurt
?Corey Potter was brought back up from a conditioning stint in the AHL over the weekend, either he or Denis Grebeshkov could get into the line-up
?Bob McKenzie sent out a tweet saying that Sam Gagner is close to returning and could possibly be back as early as Tuesday, but I would think that's still a bit unlikely

Injuries

?Mark Fraser - Knee - Injured Reserve
?Nikolai Kulemin - Ankle - Injured Reserve
?Tyler Bozak - Lower Back - Injured Reserve
?Joffrey Lupul - Foot - Possible for Tuesday
Code:

?Devan Dubnyk - Ankle - Questionable Tuesday
?Ryan Smyth - Groin - Questionable Tuesday
?Jesse Joensuu - Back - Injured Reserve
?Ryan Hamilton - Knee - Injured Reserve
?Steve MacIntyre - Knee - Injured Reserve
?Tyler Pitlick - Knee - Doubtful Tuesday
?Taylor Hall - Knee - Injured Reserve
?Sam Gagner - Jaw - Injured Reserve

Way to go Dreger, now the hockey gods are going to let Edmonton win again.

Dallas Eakins : "When you have a reporter like Darren Dreger running his mouth before the game it makes for great banter in our dressing room and great motivation, so we thank Darren Dreger for his comments before the game.  They might as well sent me over a fruit basket and a bottle of wine.  That was a really great present Darren Dreger laid on us today."

Dreger says Sam Gagner is expected to play.

There have been rumours in the past about the Leafs having interest in Sam. I wonder if there is any truth to that? Who would have to go the other way to make it happen?

Bozak would have to go the other way to make cap room.  But the oilers don't want to trade Sam. They are short on center talent.

Nothing says top shelf coaching quite like being the easiest team in the league to play against until a reporter calls them on it.

Not fair that the Oilers get to play 4 players on their top line against the Leafs 3.

Do the Leafs really need another small, disappointing centre?
