No Saturday afternoon game although Game 6 has a risk of being a daytime game.

Game 1 - April 13 - Thursday @Washington 7:00PM EST
Game 2 - April 15 - Saturday @Washington 7:00PM EST
Game 3 - April 17 - Monday @Toronto 7:00PM EST
Game 4 - April 19 - Wednesday @Toronto 7:00PM EST
Game 5 - April 21 - Friday @Washington - TBD
Game 6 - April 23 - Sunday @Toronto - TBD
Game 7 - April 25 - Tuesday @Washington - TBD

Any prediction ?

I will make one... Caps in 6. This is the 1st taste of plauoff action, But I do think the Caps are too much for the Leafs to handle this season.

I was wrong before (predicted 82 points, they finished with 95), so yeah, I will be ok If they prove me wrong (again).

Go Leafs Go, give them a run for ther money.

The good news is, with the extra long weekend I'll see 3 Leafs playoff games before I have to go back to work on Tuesday.

You get the Monday, too? I hate you so much right now. :P

I'm leaning towards Caps in 5. I don't think the Leafs will get run out of the barn or anything, but they're not on the same level as the Caps yet, and the end result of the series will show that. Regardless of the outcome of the series, the Leafs had a wonderful season that exceeded my (and, I imagine, most of our) expectations. As long as they look competitive in the series, I will walk away quite satisfied.

The best news is, leading up to the 4 day weekend, things are super-slow here so I can fully concentrate on the Leafs.

I work Saturday AND Monday in the ER this week.  If you aren't dying, your wait time might be 3+ hours if you come around 7PM.

Leafs in 6. I think that, when rested, the Leafs are better than they seemed to be the past few weeks. I think they'll come out flying.

we have no business winning this one ...but i expect washington to do well just about every year and they fizzle out .  so why not this year?  i'll be unhappy no matter when and how we go out ..but i honestly take all of this as bonus hockey..good on the leafs for their season

Leafs in 7. I've got a weird feeling that we are going to take this one, and then come out flat in round 2.

Will Borschevsky score the winning goal in OT?

All I want is the Leafs to be flying. To harness whatever youthful exuberance they've got and really be going at it. So long as they do that it can be Caps in 3 for all I care. Leave it all out there, you can't ask for much more.

That would be ideal.  Leave nothing on the ice so the team knows exactly what they have to do to get to the next level.  Don't come out flat and feel like "well if we played better maybe we would have won".  Push Washington to the limit.

One of my other goals for this series would be to impress the hell out of Kevin Shattenkirk.

Sure, send a couple of pizzas his way in the defensive zone, sound horn when he scores...let him sit in the home dressing room with the Leafs...give his family box seats with Lou and Shanny.

You know, stuff they won't get in trouble for.

Ovi's struggles this season haven't really been talked about much, but he recorded his lowest goals per game ratio of his career this season, and was WELL below his career average in shots per game too (he averaged 5 per game in his career prior to this season, had just 3.8 per game this season). And he ended the season on a very rough stretch: just 6 goals and 9 assists in his last 23 games. And half of those goals came in one game. I mean it didn't seem to hurt the Caps too much, but if he stays quiet that would go a long way to helping the Leafs chances.

It's funny you mention that because I like Ovechkin and, while obviously I don't want his team to beat the Leafs, I am sort of thinking the Caps would be my 2nd team in the playoffs. I hope the series ends without bad blood so I don't have to cheer for...jeez...San Jose?

Go Leafs Go!

They've turned this season into an unforgettable one and given us a few more games. I'm quite happy with that. I say CAPS in 5 but hey, if the Leafs pull it off, I'd be over the moon. I just want them to give it their all.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought Trotz was instilling a more "balanced team" approach than overplaying Ovi all the time.  Isn't his minutes per game down this season from previous years which would cut into his production.  The Caps are doing far better so it's an overall win for them, Ovechkin should be less beat up going into the playoffs this season since he's played less per game.
