Well, this one was pretty much a scheduled loss but thought the Leafs played better than I expected. I did miss the second period. Dallas didn't look as impressive as I thought. In the end though, yet another loss.

Same here - I think the entire group, from the coaching staff through the players, is so screwed up right now that there is almost no chance for that type of response. I didn't watch the game last night, but might tune in tonight just to see what may be the final game of the Berube era.

Bringing in Jarnkrok and Myers will undoubtedly make all the difference. I think we're in a holding pattern until after Christmas, then someone gets canned unless the next few games are markedly different from what they've shown most of the season.

Early New Year's resolution - no more Leaf games for me until something changes. Tired of watching these guys just going through the motions.

Whether they "quit" or not, this group has had the same issues for the past 10 years - not starting games on time, sleepwalking through whole periods or games, coming up short in big games. Is there any coach on the planet who can overcome those issues? Stapling "snot" or truculence or whatever...
