2015 MLB ALDS - Texas Rangers (88-74) @ Toronto Blue Jays (93-69)

Jays chase Holland from the game in the 3rd inning.  Up 4-0 with Runners on 2nd and 3rd with nobody out.

This is where Dickey drives me nuts. A big lead, you just have to go after hitters and he throws so many balls.

This is really suspect to me.  They pull Dickey to put Price in after 4.2IP.  Making a move for the sake of making a move.

Price in. I fully expect him to give the Jays 2-3 innings and be ready to pitch from the pen on Wednesday if they can hold on

Yeah, I don't get this at all. I get going with Stroman over Price in Game 5, I don't necessarily think I make that call but it can be defended anyway, but why throw him in up by 6 in the fifth?

Yeah for what it's worth I do agree that they yanked him too early. At the very least R.A. should've been given the chance to qualify for the win.

But Price would've been in either way with Cecil out.

I think if Cecil isn't out it may not happen. But if Stroman is their guy for game 5 then use Price as a LH reliever. And so far he's only tossed 11 pitches so he could potentially give them another inning and still be available out of the pen on Wednesday.

Say this for the Rangers, it sure looks like they have good ballpark food.

Their menu puts puts the dome to shame
