I mean, it's our job as Leafs fans to complain about the Bruins but I think it's objectively unfair that they get to play a 56- game season when everyone else has to play 82.

Am I underrating the Bruins? I just don't see them as that threatening like they used to be. I'd be shocked to see Ullmark continue to play the way he has.

I feel like I've said some version of that every year for the last 3-4 years where I'm like "Man, they've lost a lot of depth. They might be a suprise team to miss the playoffs this year" and then you look up in March and they've got 100 points and the world is terrible.

Oh Man. He was hurt in the preseason. He was hurt after his first game. And now he?s hurt between games, and we?re only 11 games into the season.

Ok so why on earth did Mrazek dress/back-up in Thursday's game even though Keefe clearly said he wasn't 100% at the time?

I want to see the Leafs try the Bruins approach and just run with Nylander-Matthews-Marner for a few games.

Am I right that Campbell has started 9 of the 11 games, and tonight will be 10 of 12?

EDIT:  NHL.com says technically 8 starts, although played 20 minutes in 9th game.

They've got a game on Monday and Wednesday, so I'd bet we see one of the AHL guys start one of those games.

If necessary, I'd start Woll on the away game in Philly. We face LA on Monday, Campbell's former team, so you know there are going to be some Red Lobster coupons on the board for that one.

1.  I think it's going to be necessary...they can't afford another injury to a goalie.  If you include the 9th game, Campbell is tracking on 67 games for the season...he's never played more than 31, and that was like 3 years ago.

2.  I was listening to The Leaf Report podcast and they suggested that Keefe has way longer practices than Babcock ever did...I'm kind of wondering why it is that Leaf goalies keep getting injured...

If you're also tracking the practices from the beat writers, the goalies are often not there for practices.

Kinda freaky that Messier and Sundin both scored their 500th goals against Calgary with hat tricks.

I was trying to remember if it was Sundin 400th or 500th actually. Kinda cool coincidence.

Today has been a stinking day for all my sports teams, both my football teams had massively underwhelming draws and my hockey team had one of their worst defeats in history.

The Leafs are my last hope for the weekend.
