Lance Hornby‏ @sunhornby
Fehr confirms he was overnight in hospital. Leaving it to team to make announcement on his fate, but looks like he's done for reg. season.

Well, he had a good run. He blocked a shot with his hand, was seen wearing a cast on it this morning.

Well that blows, I thought he was good last night.

The upside is that our scoring forwards are quite well rested, thanks to Polak.
And Babcock for not putting someone on the box right away...

Anyway, this is the game that we all expect then to win... and oh, well...

Go Leafs Go! Lets make it 85.

Too bad about Fehr. The fourth was a full veteran line last night. Looks like Sosh or someone else is back in.

I understand the rationale behind this move.

He wanted a full bench initially, because 5 minutes is a long time. If we had to shift into 4-on-4, I'd really like Nylander or Marner available.

But no whistles came about. It was an unfortunate set of circumstances; it's no one's fault.

I don't know why he wouldn't have put Martin in the box though. Doesn't kill penalties, wouldn't have played 4-on-4. I mean he actually didn't even play another shift after the penalty.

Yes, Martin would've been my choice too.
I suspect he was going to do it later in the PK, but no whistles.

It sure does.  He was very good, IMO.

i'm not entirely sure it was on purpose.  when the penalty first happens polak thinks it's worth two and goes to the box but then of course is informed that he's not going to the box he's being kicked out of the game and goes down the tunnel.  So I at least think it's possible at that point they just missed that they should put someone in there or perhaps figured that it was best just to get the play back underway at that point and worry about putting someone in after a whistle..  I'm not sure there was any forethought about it.

I'm going to the game tonight, haven't seen one live in years.  Any tips on where to park close to the ACC, with a greater priority on convenience than price?

That's always been a problem for me...too close and it takes an hour to get out of there.

I live across the street from the ACC.  From a convenience perpective, it depends on what your priorities are (as you've stated price isn't the top one):

- walking distance
- speed of leaving after the game

To answer your question... which direction do you head afterwards?

Devils are going with their back-up, Keith Kinkaid, tonight. Kinkaid is 1-5 in his last 6 games with a .877 save percentage.

Could be a tank-move, although Schneider's recent stats aren't much better. 1-6-2 in his last 10 starts with a .896 save percentage.

I'm driving in from Gerrard and Pape and have to return my friend to his car there afterwards, if that helps.
