Andersen reminds me of Dan Cloutier. A decent enough goalie, but Cloutier absolutely kept those Vancouver teams from reaching their potential.

Leafs have more issues then Freddie. Their defensive play of late hasn't been that good. Funny thing now is he's not letting in the "soft" goal anymore. He's just not making the save now.Groundskeeper Willie said:Andersen reminds me of Dan Cloutier. Bender said:I have many questions about last night's game but why is it that if a player gloves down a puck the opposing team can choose to purposely not play the puck? Why don't they just call the play dead after knocking the puck down with your glove? I don't know... If you bat the puck out of midair with your glove I'm kind of ok with that.
I think they should wave it off if the opposing player refuses to play itbustaheims said:Bender said:I have many questions about last night's game but why is it that if a player gloves down a puck the opposing team can choose to purposely not play the puck? Agreed. It either needs to blown dead as soon as it?s clear the player who knocked it down isn?t going to be in position to play it (basically, if they knock it down in any way that isn?t to take possession themselves) or waved off when a member of the other team clearly refuses to play it. Same with high sticks.
I mean thinking about it logically what's stopping both teams from just letting the puck sit there after it's gloved down? It makes no sense.bustaheims said:Bender said:I have many questions about last night's game but why is it that if a player gloves down a puck the opposing team can choose to purposely not play the puck?
