The Leafs were playing ok the first few minutes and then they just started dumping the puck out of their zone and handing it to Chicago.  Carlyle hockey at it's best.

The effort from Bozak at the end of the 1st was painful.  He does that all the time.

What's extra frustrating about that is that, in the summer, Carlyle acknowledged that successful teams focus on controlled entries and that the Leafs need to do more of that, and, well, here we are with all the dump-ins, the practicing dump-ins, and the complaining that his players don't "compete hard enough" to retrieve the puck after all of these dump-ins.

It'll take a substantial losing streak for there to be much change before the trade deadline, I imagine. However, with the way the team has played in most of their recent games, that's certainly a very real possibility.
