The potential performance bonus still counts towards the cap calculation, and the team can exceed the cap limit by 7.5% to accommodate performance bonus space. On LTIR, you're right, it's going to get pushed to be paid next year if Timashov earns it; for current calculation purposes, I don't know that it can just be ignored.

Marner, Matthews, and Nylander only have their signing bonus and salary shown in the cap hit calculation. As we know, since they were in LTIR that year all their performance bonuses were carried over to last year (2018-2019).
