Meanwhile, the game plays in the background....

There's the clincher. Boston here we come........ >:(

Edit. I guess the good news is, the Bruins do not look anywhere near the team they did when they won the cup.

Seguin with 2 really great scoring chances and didn't hit the net on either. Now the goal. Looks like Leafs-Bruins could be a reality.

God damn, that was the game right there.

Bruins vs. Leafs it is..

And this should have been avoided. Geez

Man. 3-0 is a-coming soon. Boston is hopeless. Why do I see a different Bruins team to open the playoffs against the Leafs?

Wouldn't it be great if Kessel leads the Leafs to victory and Leaf fans get to cheer "Thank you Seguin"?

Anyone?

*crickets*

My guess is they've exhausted themselves, playing something like 6 games in 9 days because of the re-scheduling and what not.

1-0 Sens.

I can't believe the Leafs %$^&*^%$^&*&^ this up.

I agree they had a chance to control where they ended up and basically s**t the bed the last couple weeks. With the way the top 2 teams have played it was there for the taking but honestly Boston or Mtl don't think we are beating either. Think both of them are beatable but can't see us doing it the way the team is playing. I know both of the others are playing sub par as well but don't see it happening. Nonis needs to address the defence in the off season. Think they are for the most part slow and non physical. Forwards could play a little tougher but with some tweaks they are alright. As I'm writing this Ottawa goes up 2-0. Kessel must be cursing right about now. Hopefully he can get out of the funk against his former team. Chara, Chara, Chara. Used to hate the way the team played with Wilson giving up way too many chances and nothing has changed.  If our PK wasn't where it is today we probably would be sneaking in to the playoffs or missing them again. I blame management for not doing anything during the season. You telling me they couldn't have made some deals to improve the "D". Fraser and Kostka are not NHLers. Gunnar is hurting and has looked out of sync down the stretch. I'm hoping they wake up come next week. I know it's the playoffs and teams all of a sudden come alive. Some say well nobody expected us to make it. I say BS. The league has totally changed. There are a few good teams and from season to next that can change. It's not like the old days where there were always 4-5 good teams year in year out. Look at the Habs. Can you honestly say they have a lot more talent than us? Anyway hoping they get their heads out of their a**** and wake up and play some better hockey although don't see us beating the B's or Habs.

Oh you thought the Kessel trade talk was annoying before?  Kill me now.

Blurgh. The Leafs better at least hold their own, otherwise this summer is going to be super painful.

That was a great play by Redden. He got crushed but made the pass for the goal.

"A little mo out of that?" Is that how these guys talk? Yikes.

Been reading "On the Road"?  That's a stream of conscious that would make old Jack proud.
