Timothy Bosma -- Missing from Ancaster area since Monday May 6th

Very strange, really no motive yet.

This is terrible, I don't know what's wrong with people.  And a side note, why do people think they will get away with it?  They found everything within a week!

I drive by that house and barn on Roseville sometimes when I go from Kitchener to Cambridge to visit my bro in law.  Just way too close to home.

Things like this certainly put things into perspective that's for sure.

So very very sad and even though I felt this was how it was going to end, I was still holding out hope.  My thoughts and prayers are with his wife, little girl and family.  Terrible, absolutely terrible.

The people who do this kind of thing usually aren't very intelligent.

This is an extremely bizarre case.  His body was found burned.

They probably tried to burn his body to hide the evidence. He was likely dead within an hour of getting in that truck.

Such a weird case given that the guy they caught apparently had enough cash that he could've gone to a dealership and drove off with a brand new one no sweat.

Were the family finances in the crapper after his dad passed?  Did he fall in with a sketchy crew and go off the rails without his dad to keep him in line?  Did they simply argue over the price and someone lost their temper?

Police suggest that Bosma was targeted.  Which would make sense because burning someone beyond recognition over a truck just does not add up.

This had to have been a hit of some kind.  The guy charged with murder comes from money - they family owns an airline and hangar operation in Kitchener.

Something wierd will come out of this...

Hm but how does that fit with another random guy saying he talked with the same two guys about his similar truck.

This is the one wrinkle I cannot wrap my head around.

I read something that the first guy that showed his truck was pretty buff and not the type of dude you'd mess with.

This.

My thoughts are with Tim Bosma's wife, young daughter, other family members and friends. I hope things are put into place where they will have financial and emotional support for many years after this senseless trauma. If there was a legitimate fundraiser, I would try to help. This is the worst ending imaginable.

I hope full justice is served to the heartless cowards that committed this. As another poster said, yes, the details of this case are bizarre to say the least.

The whole thing seems bizarre to me. Something tells me that as the investigation unfolds we're going to learn some pretty strange things.

The only way I see that puts everything together is an avenue best not travelled at this point, but, here it is, in part, any way. He could have been targeted in a less specific sense - in that, the perpetrator(s) was looking for a specific type of person or situation rather than a specific individual. Until we know those responsible, it's hard to say, but, the information we have certainly points so some very troubling possibilities.

I personally think Millard is a serial killer and Bosma is just the tip of the iceberg. This guys ex-girlfriend went missing last summer, his father died of a mysterious "suicide" in December and his mother has been nowhere to be seen since the trailer was parked in her driveway earlier this month. It wouldn't surprise me if he killed them all!
Why else would a guy with no animals have a livestock incinerator, but to burn human remains in it and hide the evidence of his crimes?

Police say a second arrest was made this morning and there will be a press conference with details later this afternoon...
