Was at the game last night and it was pretty awesome, the crowd wasn't as loud as 2 years ago when Teemu made his return, but they were still loud, was nice to be there in person for it. Teemu is one heck of a player.

Scary moment for the Jets, as young defenseman Jacob Trouba taken off-ice on a stretcher, upon having crashed head-first against the boards.  Trouba was attempting to finish off a check in his own end when the incident happened.

Nice goal by Steen in the shootout, still miss the guy and wish we had him on our team.

Hopefully Trouba is ok, thats a scary collision with the boards.

Agreed on both accounts.

Steen is an amazing player.

The Steen trade is seriously under-rated as far as terrible Leafs trades in the past decade go.

The hype has really died down this season. Noticeably quieter at games and I have a pair of tickets to tonight's game I can't seem to give away, geez.

Too bad I can't get to Winnipeg in time. I'd take 'em in a heartbeat.  ;)

I guess they've reached the point in the development cycle of a new team where they actually have to be able to compete for a playoff spot to draw fans. I thought they might still have a season of good will left, but, I guess I over estimated.

Well they are playing Florida....not exactly a "marquee matchup"

NHLJets: "Yes. Ondrej Pavelec is the number one goaltender going into next season." -Cheveldayoff.

Still not buying he won't be bought out, but, with the way the Jets run things, who knows?
