It’s too early in the game, but the Jays are putting good bat to ball and just small balling Rodon and the woeful Yankee defense to death

Do they regret intentionally walking Vladdy?
 
The bullpen is absolutely useless and we have a bullpen game tomorrow because the Jays galaxy brained the roster to bring Bruihl (a guy with an ERA of 6)
 
Schneider's love affair with a very below average IKF is frustrating. Not carrying a 4th starter is unacceptable.

Giving the Yankees feel good at bats in Game 2 is looking like it was as stupid of a decision as I felt it was. Every fricking year this franchise finds a way to make a terrible pitching decision
 
That game felt very Maple Leaf, game 3 vs Florida like.

The team comes out hot, puts up a lot of points and collapses. What is it with the water in Toronto?

The Yankees started to put contact on Bieber's pitches after the Jays put up a 4 run inning to chase Rodon. Bieber was pulled at 50-something pitches and the bullpen couldn't hold the lead after a Barger error on a pop-up put more runners on for Judge. The guy moonshot a nasty inside heater into the LF foul pole to tie the game and the Jays basically gave up after that.

Full credit to Judge: that was a nasty pitch at 0-2 and he barreled it cleanly. I mean, I gave up after that too.

Gotta swing early/fast to catch an inside pitch on anything that's not the handle, and gotta keep the barrel back to avoid pulling it foul.
Varland was dealing on the first two pitches (got a nasty whiff). Not sure why he didn't go with a breaking pitch low and away if he was ramping up Judge's timing.

Now they have a bullpen game with fewer bullpen arms to work with.
