2015-2016 NHL Thread

Obviously where the NHL takes the All-Star game doesn't matter much but I'm a little surprised that given the historical nature of next season that they decided to put the game in LA.

Gary Bettman doesn't care about black people....I mean Toronto.

There's a bunch of teams having their 50th anniversaries next season, so it was pretty unlikely to see the Leafs get every single big event because it's their 100th. They'll get the Winter Classic, that's the big one.

Pfft. Who cares about other teams?

I wasn't even thinking the Leafs necessarily. Just an original 6 city.

Meanwhile the league bent over backwards for the Habs' two-year long 100th season celebration.

Are you watching the skills comp?  OF COURSE YOU ARE.  Embrace it, own it, live it.

Also, Brent Burns is a goofball.

I can't get the Sportsnet feed on HS, these NBC announcers are awful. Thought that Saad really confused Rinne with that move as if the goalies are actually doing anything in these shootouts.
