Simmonds has had a number of good chances in the last few games.  I have liked his game lately

Totally agree. I read somewhere that his expected goals per 60 is second in the whole league so far this year. He's going to put one in the net eventually. Tonight would be sweet.

Man Reilly is getting as bad as Marner holding on to the puck when he has a chance to put it on net. Shoot the bloody thing.
yeah what a huge mistake not shooting on the JT goal.

Today has been a stinking day for all my sports teams, both my football teams had massively underwhelming draws and my hockey team had one of their worst defeats in history.

The Leafs are my last hope for the weekend.

Just give up, Arn. You?re asking for the impossible.

That stupid drop pass on the PP is fine but why do we have to use it every rush. At times it looks like they can just carry it in and back it goes.

Haven't been a fan of Ritchie the first games of the season but I like this 4th line. Not sure if it's because he's playing against his former team but probably his best game and that line has been good the last couple games.

They really need to convert here.  Matthews hasn't been doing anything ... time to change that.
