I sometimes wonder what the team would look like if Burke was retained. I look at the mess that Calgary was, and he's given them identity and development.

He had many, many more years in Toronto than Calgary to do that though.

What would it take for Randy to get fired though? It's long overdue.

One month? Two months? The trade deadline and hold out for Babcock?

It could be sooner as they have a competent replacement in Horachek.

The suites at Bell/Rogers jettisoned Burke and now they are giving the boot to Leweike, both gone before their time.  Can't have anyone except cookie cutter suites to reflect the executive mindset of these conglomerates.  To much personality to handle!

Not that we are going to hear it often but it would be nice if the Leafs actually had a good goal song for a change.

The team improved from when Burke came to the Leafs until he left.

Can't really say the team has improved since he's been gone.  :-\
