I'm happy with 11/34/29 down the stretch.
Please no.. If 29 is going with Matthews and I don't think he is anytime soon, leave Johnsson there.

... you just said you think Johnsson should replace Hyman on the Tavares-Marner line...

That's my issue with Hyman, so really it's a Babs issue. He plays on a top line and he shouldn't be playing there. I think Johnsson can do his job just as well and add in more offence.

The Leafs have two top lines and Johnsson is currently playing on one of them.
I understand that he is now. I'd personally would like to see Moore type player with JT/Marner and have Hyman down on the 3rd line.

I didn't explain myself properly. Sorry about that.

All good. I like Moore and all but I think it's pretty early to say that he's earned a look in the top-6. Right now Hyman and Johnsson are our two best left wingers, and both are playing exactly where they should be at the moment.

I?m okay with Hyman in one of our first lines. He doesn?t have the hands, but that?s what the other two players are really for.

Hyman is an effective checker on a 4th line but without the scoring ability, that 4th line has nothing going on. A Moore or ?better than Hyman? player on the 4th line helps those guys more than Hyman would since they?re already supposedly doing Hymanesque things.

Moore, Ennis and someone anyone other than Goat and 26. They contribute very very little

There must be a decent 4th liner available for a 6th round pick.

Agreed. Moore probably isn't ready but a player like him. Lots of energy, good defense and some scoring touch. I think with a better winger, Marner and JT wouldn't have been struggling for the last little while. As for the player Hyman. I have no issue with him. He does his job well. Just want him in a 7,8,9 position.

There's almost no way it could work cap-wise but I'd be willing to give up quite a bit for Chris Kreider.

Agreed about the 4th line.needs help. Maybe they have someone on the Marlies? Babs said they have a few kids that belong in the show so who knows. I guess we'll find out by Monday if they do it via trade.

Would be interesting to get a player like him. Wonder what the cost would be?

I've really been impressed with how Muzzin has fit in. It really feels as though going forward with him, Rielly and Dermott the team really only needs one of Sandin/Liljegren to be a player for that to be a very good base for a defense. Obviously you'll need to supplement it when some of the Marleau/cap increase money but it's not a terrible spot to be in long term.

He's had a few oopsies but I like his game. I hope Lilypad will get a look after the deadline, if he isn't traded.

The "additional by subtraction" of losing Hainsey could make a pretty big impact too.

True. I did like that he took a run at Domi tho!

What about that guy providing Pop Up Video commentary out loud on the side?

Yo dawg, this movie's trash. It's silent as hell but I haven't seen a single lamb.

Michelle Pfeiffer was the first choice for playing Clarice.

It?s hard to cheer for this team when they are dead last in the nhl. At least we have the draft to look forward to.

What will you say when they miss the playoffs? Puck luck to blame?

Their chance of missing the playoffs is almost zero.
