Capitals @ Leafs - Nov. 25th. 7:00pm - CBC, TSN 1050

People tonight seem to want to have Babcock on a skewer but it's not his fault that Nylander and Marner have both dried up like old prunes this season.  The classic sophomore slumps.

A couple of kids on pace for over 50 points are soft targets.

A coach making questionable lineup decisions almost every game is not.

The coach is always the softest target.  Even if he's 15-9-1, I guess (as it looks to be).

So the young players get the blame when things go poorly, but the coach gets the credit for a good record?

Cool story.

Says the guy who wants to blame the coach for everything.

Hot take.

Even when he's not scoring Matthews is unreal.
I was just about to write a post saying his skillset is amazing. I'm always shaking my head (in a good way, of course) when he has the puck.
