Well either they do or they just stink at communicating what they want.  :)

Or the players aren't good at putting the system to work... right?

Yes, and believe it or not, but some coaches actually believe in that kind of a system.

What kind of system, the 'Lay back and think of England' play or just the one you're making up?
Having that kind of a box and moving as little as possible.

And they've failed to do so game after game? Seems kind of weird if you ask me.
 
lol morty is indeed a devil, I just checked his sv% at tsn and it's 66,6% :D
