Game 48: Habs @ Leafs - Apr. 27, 7:00pm - CBC, TSN 1050

Leafs are missing Bozak out there. Don't know why RC sat Frattin, he showed more than Grabo, who seriously looks like he doesn't have a clue out there. I thought the line of Colborne, Mac and Frat were starting to get something going. Odd.

Leafs are being completely outplayed. This is pretty embarrassing. They are playing like they have pretty much all of the last two weeks - getting badly outshot and outchanced. 1 shot in the second period when they had 3 PP?

I really hope they aren't like this in the playoffs.

They will be. They have been for months. You just don't notice it when they win.

I agree and it all falls to defensive play and lack of toughness. Too many times I see forwards skate by the opposition and turn away. Either get the puck or lay a hit. Lazy play. Think Nonis needed to make some changes at the deadline O'Byrne was not the answer unless he figured we were making progress and figured we take our chances and see what happens while gaining some experience.

And Washignton ties it up

You just know this is going to end up in the worst possible scenario, heh it's the Leafs.

Yes..we've become accustomed...but really - it was all in the Leafs hands - beat Habs, tie down 5th and the Habs matchup.

Yet up comes the hairball.

Well coming off a shutout victory, coming home to their fans after locking up a playoff spot for the first time in 9 seasons, playing a Hab team that has been struggling themselves, this is a home game we needed to get up for.  Well look at it, shows how ready this team is.
