Yeah, good for him for being accountable, sure he's saying the right things, but at least he isn't dodging the questions.  He has been horrible since his return, he must have the same post-concussion blues that Reimer has.

The article is OK but funny thing was I misread the "Leafs glad deadline is finally over" link in the article as "Leafs glad season is finally over" and had to do a double-take.

I don't think bringing Owuya up is out of the question. I have to guess that there's a better chance of this happening if/when the Leafs are out of it completely though.

They only have 4 call ups available after the deadline, and I'm pretty sure they already used (or intend to use) 2 of them to get Frattin and Gardiner on to the Marlies' Clear Day list.

Yeah, but that's not including emergency callups for injury.

Outside of Owuya, I don't see us mining the Marlies much from here on out, I don't see us sending anything off our roster down to clear space for callups and risking losing them to waivers.  Kadri, Colborne and Holzer could come up in case of injuries where guys go on IR.

Kinda random, but I just saw Nazem Kadri at Sherway Mall. Sat down for an interview with some dude. Kinda neat, I've never run into anyone in public like that before.

I'm kind of happy he's not with the big club right now. He'd have skid marks all over him from RW throwing him under the bus for not doing
something right...while he leaves the vets alone.
