Islanders @ Leafs - Oct. 17th, 7:00pm - SN

The Stech!

I guess what I meant was that they can't seem to play defense and offense in the same game. Their transition game really sucks.

Islanders get a lot of credit there for bottling up the NZ (and holding up speed just below the threshold of the refs whistle)

The Stech!

Crediting the goal to Sissons.

[herman]

4th line has been good and they earn a PP here just running around throwing bodies

Deflection is pretty clear

Time to bench them and 92.

McKan’t be so soft on the entry kick out

True. I think if the Leafs had Sorokin in the early years, the Leafs win a cup.

[rjd]

We'll, I think that's about it.

[L K]

Once again we have the second best goalie in a game....Bob has been very mediocre.

[herman]

K what’s the DZ scheme were you just stand in your box and watch the puck?

[Bender]

The team just can't defend properly.

Same one as let your guy skate untouched to the net.

7 mill a year.

[Bill_Berg]

I know people say they're more entertaining than last year but if they're not winning I'm not entertained.

[ZBBM]

Just tuning in ... it's too early to say it's getting late early, but it is get less early early.

[herman]

MacEwan’s been one of the best Leafs tonight. Great for MacEwan, but not so great for the Leafs.

9 games in and they are about to be sub .500

Hasn't had a game with less than 3 goals yet.

Well, that was the big bet that last year isn't the new level. So far the bet hasn't paid off.
