We may have to introduce him to Young Knies.
If knies goes up against actual men in the playoffs he's going to get crushed.
If he really runs 234 lbs I think he can hold his own physically.

The difference between college hockey and the NHL is absolutely massive, both in speed and player strength. It's a huge leap for an inexperienced player in the AHL, let alone college hockey.
Nobody is arguing that point. The thing with Knies is he's got a man's body so he's better equipped to handle the physical part of the game. Speed is a different issue and that's why he'll start in the bottom 6 if he gets into the lineup.Bill33 said:Zanzibar Buck-Buck McFate said:Bill33 said:Zanzibar Buck-Buck McFate said:Jeannot to TB maybe ... he's a bruiser.

I'm arguing the point that he's the answer to Jeanneaut. It's ridiculous, I'm sorry. He's a kid playing college hockey, and not even exceptionally so, and the idea that he's going to step into the most important 4-7 games in this GM's tenure as some sort of physical force to counter actual, proven nhl power forwards is borderline insane to me.
