Leafs @ Capitals - Apr. 24th, 7:00pm - SNO, Fan 590

Down 3-1 with a banged up lineup on the back end of 3 in 4 on the road.  Need to win against Detroit or we might end up starting on the road in round 1.  They played fine last night but a lot of concerning mistakes in defensive coverage.  The PP is scuffling and we keep having players get banged up.

Not how you want to get ready for the playoffs.

This road trip always had the potential to be brutal.  Hopefully they get well at home against Detroit, clinch home ice, maybe Matthews gets his 60, etc.

The big question is, does Campbell get that game, or Boston?  I'd put him in against the Wings and then let him rest up.

Depends on how the game goes for me. I definitely give Campbell Detroit.  If he scuffles a bit I?d go back to him against Boston

No one really looks to still have any gears.  I think this one is just going to be a focus on not getting anyone hurt

Passing the puck back and forth for 30 seconds with no one moving at all was certainly a choice.  Why are we reverting to the PP strategies of last year
