Leafs @ Ducks - Mar. 10th, 10:00pm - LeafsTV, TSN 1050

Has any organization had its dignity so swiftly removed as the Canucks have?

The Senators' implosion in 08 may be a contender.

Well, I have an early morning; I'm going to bed.  I'm completely relying on you guys, now.  Don't let me down.

I lied, couldn't sleep, watched the whole thing. :P

I stayed up too.  I am going to be so tired at work tomorrow.

Tired, but happy.  Leafs passed the Habs tonight, got another point up on Tampa, and Kessel is 2nd in points in the league.  Lots to be happy about, if you just don't look to closely at the upcoming schedule..

Nice to have a game at a regular time out here on the West Coast, I'm very excited for tomorrow night, I'll be at the Shark Tank in my blue and white cheering the boys on.

Go Leafs Go!!!

Well if there is one thing that defines the Leafs it is the speed. In same cases it was breathtaking - Kessel breakaway, Bozak breakaway, JvR backchecking WOW.

I'm not sure why many are thinking the Leafs will win tonight. The Ducks are a very good team. I'm a pretty positive guy, but they won't beat Anaheim tonight.

I count 2 predicting a win.

Give them credit. They were right. I was wrong. Pretty happy regardless.

Ranger's a beast the last couple games.

If he can keep it up I'd be interested in keeping him around next year.

Yeah. This seven defensemen strategy is paying off dividends for Ranger and few others.

It certainly is.  I think our defense is a bit banged up (especially Phaneuf- he only had 20 mins last night- hasn't played over 23 mins in the last 10 games) so spreading the ice-time is really helping our cause.

Having Ranger on the PK instead of one of the young guys is working out well, but having Gardiner and Rielly play more minutes on the PP and ES helps with our transition game and team speed.

Can't lose something they never had.

Their GM is a real dick. This guy could have gotten rid of Luongo to the Leafs for a pretty good package, and kept Schneider, but wasn't willing to keep any salary. Then he turns around and deals Schneider to NJ, and then deals Luo to the Panthers paying part of his salary. What the hell kind of GM does that? Thank god the Leafs deal fell though for Toronto's sake, but man oh man, if there is a reason Vancouver is starting to fall apart at the hinges it's gotta be the decision making of Mike Gillis.
