Calle Rosen is feeling it with those point shots

Not because he has scored tonight but have no clue why this guy hasn't had a callup.
He's going to make mistakes like everyone else but lot more confident in him than Marincin, Holl etc.

He was injured when the Dermott and Gardiner went down.

He only returned to the Marlies last weekend.

I think I remember seeing comments implying Rosen was the first choice, but he had a foot injury.

Love Nylander but if he wants to become a star in this league he needs to grow some b***s.
Gives up the puck a ton when expecting to take a hit.
One thing losing it taking a hit it's another in just relinquishing it to avoid a hit.

Yeah he was going to be called up right after the trade deadline but he had a fractured foot.

In response to both you and LK replies I know he was hurt but I think he's played well enough last year and this to getting a callup long time ago.
Should have been up with the big team before some of the others.

This record is already broken into several pieces but I'd really like to see Rosen try that shot on the PP.  Would add a whole new dimension.

Yeah, I think he would have been in the line-up ahead Marincin or Holl and probably Ozhiganov too.

He's a LHD and he was never getting into the line-up with Rielly, Gardiner, and Dermott on that side. So it made no sense for him to sit in the pressbox all season long like the Leafs felt fine doing with Marincin and Holl.

But Dubas signed him to a 2-year extension all the way back in December so obviously the organization values him highly. There just wasn't room for him yet.

Give the Blackhawks credit, hanging right in there with first Kane and now Toews turning back the clock.

Score 1 quick and then knock in an empty netter and let?s head back to Toronto with a 3-0 win.
