I was thinking the same thing. The puck had just got by Borgman when he hit him not exactly an egregious play but Pens get away with a bunch of crap while hemmed in their own zone and tired.

Leafs are consistently not getting as many PPs as the opponent.  Or at least so it seems.

It's looking that way, although it was a pretty top-weak draft. Looking at the 2013-2016 picks the top three of each would probably go ahead of Rielly
