Leafs @ Penguins - Feb. 18th, 7:00pm - SN, Fan 590

I'm in favor of selling between now and Monday. This team is going nowhere fast.

And yeah... An explanation as to why Lilijgren and Korshkov were scratched?

Remember when people tried to argue Crosby was hard to play with?
You need to be a certain type of player to play with him...ideally someone with speed who isn't afraid to go hard to the net with stick on the ice to take his pass. Kunitz was a perfect fit for him. Even Colby Armstrong did that pretty well. Zucker is the same type of guy who is great at finding that spot.

Think the best ever linemates he's ever had was Bergeron and Marchand both of whom are great finishers for him.

I could live with more defensive miscues than the average team as long as we're generating more chances too. But they've had nothing tonight in the Pittsburgh end.

Offense hasn't been the same for a while. Injuries haven't helped but this team needs an overhaul. Anyway 4-0 keep taking penalties and can't stop shit. Thanks Dubas for your smart signings and moves. Injuries have hurt this team this year but we've taken a step back this year for a team that was so promising. Goodnight enjoy the rest of the game everyone.

Not that it would matter, but a Pen just clearly tripped a Leaf. No call. Even in a 4-0 game where Pittsburgh has had the PP edge.

Not blaming Freddo at all, tough stops.  However Campbell was hot for a few games and perhaps let him take the net for a few and see if we have our guy who can take us to the playoffs.  I feel for Freddie, D is terrible.

I like how this team apparently has no depth and is headed for a bigger cap crunch next year.  We may need to revisit trading one of the big contracts to revamp this roster

Said it a million times should never have handed out the money Dubas did. Fuk'd this team royally.

Wouldn't like my changes LOL Kappanen gone, Nylander gone, Kerfoot gone, Spezza gone, Marincin (how is he still playing?) gone, Clifford gone....

I get being frustrated but three of these goals were the result of great plays by maybe one of the 5 best guys to ever play the game. There is no easy or simple way to defend them and "just cover Crosby" is not it.

It's really sad how this D has completely gone in the shitter, not that it was great before.  Rielly being out, no matter how bad he's played this year is dearly missed.

All true but you can't just watch him go to the net.

Azzuri, our problem is not on O its on D and its on its way.  Not nice times I know but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, except that light is Sidney C. tonight
