Leafs @ Red Wings - Oct. 12th, 7:00pm - CBC, TSN 1050

Never seen a lazier team. Extra man and we still get outworked. Too scared to take a hit and give up the puck.

Babcock is such a hypocrite. I don?t care how much you get paid if you?re not willing to work should be benched.

3rd and 4th lines willing to work harder.

Why does Marner, but not Matthews, kill penalties?

Leafs have a lot of trouble clearing their own zone.  Special teams still a big problem.  Let?s get this kill.  Going forward coaches need to choose better players for the PK.

Matthews said he?s never done it before and wasn?t interested (and I agree with him, as his defense is not good). Marner played PK in London.

There was nothing better than when Sundin and Mogilny killed penalties.

Hard to imagine not being interested in killing penalties.  By far my favorite part of playing hockey growing up.

Probably something to do with scoring a lot of goals. PK is a lot of energy expenditure.

Rielly is having a lot of difficultly reading the plays.  Wings had a 2 on 1 turned breakaway develop because Rielly allowed the puck to be chipped around him and didn?t read it, so he didn?t get tiurned around and just watched as he was flat footed.

Watching the wings broadcast, they are all over the leafs defensive effort.  This in a game where they have only given up 1!

4th line by far the best leafs line tonight.  Has the goal and has generated the best chances.
