One of the sub-trades on our job site was talking about how he use to know some Spencer Abbot kid.  Stated he heard he signed.  Said he was completely babied by his mom, was carried like a baby when he was a 5 year old, etc.

If that's what carried him to lead the NCAA in scoring and to be a Hobey Baker finalist, maybe Burke should sign a bunch of mothers in the off season. The media's going to call them up anyway!

Maybe allot of other parents would carry their kids around too if they were that small.  And as far as I'm concerned, I'd rather see a little 'over-parenting' then some of those kids who run around loose in my neighbourhood like a pack of wild dogs that nobody owns.  I'd be willing to bet kids from a strong, supportive family would be allot more successful.
