Just got here and so ... same old?

Just saw the JVR pack.  He might indeed be the best forward on the team this year, all round.

They've looked better for stretches, but, part of that is that Dallas is equally bad defensively. Also, Seguin has hit the post 3 times, so, luck is on the Leafs' side so far tonight. They haven't been awful, but I wouldn't say they've been good, either.

There's a lot of similarities between the two teams. Big offense, middling defence. Stars first line is better, but Toronto is deeper up front.

Leafs have better goaltending, and Stars play in the tougher division. Otherwise they'd be side by side in the standings, I'd figure.

The trouble with this league is that they are debating whether that should be a suspension.  Jesus, if they want to protect players from concussions it's simple: no tolerance.

Thanks.  In other words, status quo with a capital QUO.

Clarkson absolutely killing that power play with at least 2 moments of miscontrol losing the puck

Dallas outshooting Toronto 27-19.  The Leafs have 4 powerplays.  All things considered I don't think the Leafs are really doing anything different than the last few games.  They are just facing a team that is just as bad defensively and is having trouble finishing tonight.

Yeah, that's probably a pretty fair assessment. Dallas has definitely had the puck more 5 on 5 all night.

Seguin alone has probably had the puck more than Toronto all night.
