Leafs @ Wings - Feb. 18th, 7:00pm - SN, Fan 590

That Hainsey-Zaitsev shift had 4 failed clearing attempts by the defence (the 4th one resulted in a high stick by Detroit calling the play dead).

Wonder what Hainsey's TOI is so far.

Anyway, Marner has looked good, and McElhinney has been solid though not awfully busy.

I'm watching the Red WIngs feed and they are selling Glendenning hard. I really hope the Leafs don't trade for him.

Is it just me or does Marleau take a lot of selfish shots? He will be skating down the wing and have a teammate with him but he almost always just shoots the puck at the goalie from a bad angle. Very frustrating.

I don't understand that concept at all.

Why the Leafs would want him.

I don't know why either. But it's been reported by a lot of outlets like TSN that Leafs and Stars are interested. Apparently Babcock wants him.

Red Wings broadcast team keep saying how he is exactly what the Leafs need and would be a perfect fit. Hinting they could see him on the first line!

Ay yi yi.

Hyman needs to work on his breakaways. Maybe stop going backhand all the time. He can't get it up on the backhand and it's an easy stop.
