Game Notes |
| UTA -Karel Vejmelka will likely start for the Mammoth -Utah's off to a solid start in their 3rd season since the move from Arizona. Forwards Nick Schmaltz and Clayton Keller are leading the way with 8 points in 6 games for both of them -The Mammoth's big offseason addition, Vincent Trocheck, is off to a slow start with just 1 goal and 2 points in 6 games |
| TOR -Anthony Stolarz will likely start for the Leafs -Tavares rejoined the team after taking a short leave amidst the birth of his 4th child. He was back in the 2C position between Cowan and Nylander at practice on Monday. Big question now will be how does his return impact McKenna's usage on the powerplay after the Leafs scored 2 PP goals with McKenna taking his spot on the top unit against Colorado -This game will be the first of at least 3 games that Tanev will miss with an upper body injury sustained early in Saturday's game. OEL also missed practice on Monday but his absence was for maintenance reasons so it's expected he'll be in the line-up |
