I don't see why we wouldn't, especially if more forwards are traded away.freer said:With Booth's improving play at the end of the season. Do anyone think we give him another one year contract next season?

Bigger question might be, do other teams take note of his improvement and make offers...and if so, does Booth choose to go elsewhere?
Bullfrog said:I wouldn't mind having him back. Seems like a really good guy. I'd rather have him on the fourth line then an enforcer (please tell me those days are over.)
I'm not really seeing a lot of options from the Marlies to fill in the gaps. I like Bodie for the fourth line too, but I suspect he's got a role to fill on the Marlies.
Dealing Dion: There?s widespread belief the Leafs could have done a deal with Detroit involving Dion Phaneuf at the deadline, but backed off, thinking a better trade option might emerge over the coming months. At least two other teams have since approached Toronto about a Phaneuf trade.

It's Cox - it might as well be from Eklund

Patrick said:Id be happier with Bennett and the second for Kessel, obviously.
You make a good case, I still think you're selling a little low though.
