Ok, seriously, I hated watching Jagr on the Power-Play vs. the Leafs in the playoffs when I was 16. I'm an old man now. This has to stop at some point.
Yes remember that only if we had Garry Valk again ,lol

Interesting - the refs had the faceoff on the wrong side on Ottawa's first goal last night. It was a pretty obvious mistake. Wow.

Can anyone tell me why Kessel, JVR played one minute and Grabbo, Kulemin and Frattin two minutes less than Orr

Orr and his line got stuck on the ice for about what felt like a 3 minute shift?

Really, Don Cherry? You said that it would be a bad idea to have both goalies? You thought one of those goalies should have been traded?

Man, the sorts of opinions you can form after years of coaching in the NHL.

Therrien raised a huge stink about that during the play and post-interview.

I would have too. Those kinda mistakes shouldn't happen. Most of the time they don't affect the game, but this time it did.

Then again, it is the Habs, so they probably had it coming. :)

DAMN! I missed it, what did Scott Oake ask My Joffrey about?

It was an especially penetrating question about why the pace was so fast in the first.  Joffrey produced several cliches in response, and then ... it was over.

Between-period player interviews are scripted that way.

In three minutes they went from winning the game and tying the series to most likely losing the series.

His thoughts on objectivity vs. subjectivity in art, the works of Jean-Michel Basquiat and the troubling economic trends arising from a unified European state. Odd choices for a between period hockey interview but Lupul was thoughtful and provided several cogent insights.

I was afraid of that.  We have to tighten up considerably.

And hopefully Franson is not out for the rest of the game.
