My idea was having it work one time because nobody is expecting him to cut in and drive the net, say OT in game 7?

Please tell me you didn't miss that awesome anchorman reference!

Never saw anchorman so I missed it!

Watch this and have a laugh:

LOL that was good, I might have to watch this movie.

I just want the same effort as Wednesday night. Win or lose.
Everyone in the building knew that the Leafs were the better team in Periods 1 and 3 and especially in OT.

We're also going to need a better effort from Bozak.  He's looked completely overmatched in every facet of the game thus far.  I guess that's not too surprising but it's a little disappointing after he played well for a decent chunk of the season.

One would hopefully assume this performance would lower his demands for his new contract. I would also assume Kadri's relative disappearance will help us re-sign him as well. I could never see the $5 mil that both were touted to get anyway...

There was no way Kadri would get $5M on his next contract anyway, he's still an RFA.  They'll treat him the same way the Habs did with PK Subban, give him a short-term transition type deal and see how he performs before he cashes in on the big money.

Bozak doesn't deserve anywhere near $5M, and I hope Nonis walks away from him if those are his demands.

It's easy to discount his shoulder injury and that would affect his faceoffs and overall fiestiness in the corners.  Its a rough game out there - I am going to give him the benefit of the doubt.
I thought he looked great in the first period of Games 3 and 4.
He should be a #2 C and paid as such with average/slightly above average skills.

I think Bozak is a #3C.  Kadri is more a guy I view as #2C, possibly #1 potential if he can produce over 80 games.  I think the Leafs have two #2 centers in Kadri and Grabovski, and Bozak would be a perfect #3.  We're missing that true #1C stud.

Game Day Bears are assembled and ready for their most important game of the season. LHF has pulled out the stops, I'm wearing my 1993 vintage Doug Gilmour Leaf jersey. Bought it the day after Fletcher stole him from Calgary. It's gotta few stains on it but lotsa love and history :)

Go Leafs!!!

Good to hear LHF, if memory serves me correct that jersey has a winning record no? ;)
I'm antsy waiting for the game to get underway.
Huge night for the players, organization, fans and lets not forget TO as a whole.

GO LEAFS GO!!!

Tonight is the night for Naz to kick out the jams and get back into the groove. If that happens... watch out, the series isn't over yet.

Any predictions on Kessel's performance tonight?  Win or lose, if he steps up tonight, I think that's a big statement to his critics.

Whatever happens tonight, or the rest of the series however many games that may be, I think he's already made that big statement to his critics.  It's good to not only see him score points, but also play engaging and inspired hockey against Boston.

As for a prediction, I see him setting up a goal, but will be neutralized for the most part.

I know Kessel loves the wide skate on the wing where he semi-blows by the D and takes a wrist shot, but just once i'd like to see him blow by the D and drive the net for a goal, NOBODY would expect it.  The book is he'll shoot from the wing 100% of the time.

60% of the time it works everytime.

Sex Panther...made with bits of real Panther, so you know it's good.

Leafs are the best,
Better than all the rest,
From the East coast to the west,
The Leafs are the beeessstttt.

Leafs will win, GO LEAFS GO

I went into this series hoping that it would'nt be a Boston sweep. A win tonight would be a bonus and give us a chance to win one at home.

PJ Stock was right there, Kessel has been too predictable.  Way too.  He needs to drive the net, or take a slapper, to get Rask thinking.
