Reaves traded to San Jose

Best wishes to Ryan. Looks like his Stanley Cup chances took a bit of a hit (watch him get traded to Florida before the playoffs) but maybe he'll manage to hit that 1000 game mark somehow.

As for the Leafs - who's going to plan the parties now?

He definitely handled things well (at least publically) when he was in the press box or got sent down.

I'm less of a fan of him talking about things like how he would play well and then be scratched for 5-6 games. I know athletes need to believe in themselves but Reaves getting 35 games last year was about 30 too many.

I can see that but it doesn't bother me because like you said they need to believe in themselves so it's just lip service. I liked him as a cheerleader though. The boys reactions to his fights and how he interacted with the team is really all that matters. I wish him well tho and hope he gets his 1000 games.
