Was that hit on Kozun dodgy?

Seemed like a soft hit from behind a few feet from the boards.  Kozun definitely turned into that position but it was still a somewhat dangerous play.

I really like how the Leafs are pushing the quick passes to get their speed going through the defensive zone into the neutral zone.

Polak falls down to create a turnover and then doesn't take the guy in front of the net.

1-0 Detroit

And somehow Greg Millen manages to blame the play on the forwards

Detroit broadcasters are hilarious. Talking about how Bernier is the number 1 goalie for Toronto based on reputation because he's a veteran. Then they specifically go on to talk about how Reimer's a good young goalie but Bernier has the more experience.

Reimer is 4 and a half months older than Bernier, and has 22 more career NHL starts.

That's a weak call on Clarkson IMO.  He doesn't leverage his stick and the Detroit player flops when he knows Clarkson's stick is between his legs.

Clarkson really shouldn't have his stick there in the first place. That's just asking for a penalty.

He didn't even do anything but the guy fell backwards and looked like he had Clarksons stick wrapped in his arms.
