Round 2: (A1) Boston vs. (A3) Montreal

I know all that matters is the final score, but I found this stat interesting:

BOS:
-Has led for a total of 11:39 this series

MTL:
-Has led for 106:11

Series is tied 2-2.  Expecting another big win tonight.

Boston can't buy a goal, have hit about 12 posts this series.  They may lose, they may win, but it's so close to never getting this far.  Just the randomness.

Typical Bruins..Chara and Lucic punching players with gloves on, Marchand diving..Julien complaining about everything when his players are throwing glove punches.. Team is despicable

More like karma. Hockey gods don't like douchebags.

Then, how is either team managing to win?

;D

Seriously though, BOS had damn well better put an end to this nonsense in G7.  I am all-in for BOS to rep the East in the SC, in which they then get their despicable asses kicked by whoever comes out of the West.

Can't agree more.  Lucic's a thug.  Marchand is a miserable pest and Chara thinks he's above and beyond anyone.

Relished watching les Habitants 4-0 victory last night that evened the series, setting the stage for Game 7 Wednesday night in Boston.

Even though I'm not a true Habs fan, it was enjoyable to see a team comprised of smaller players play  smart hockey by using their speed and skill, giving a big team like Boston plenty of problems.  Montreal's speed and (speed) passing, when done properly not giving the Bruins the chance to cut off the neutral zone,
has been working wonders in getting them the goals.

Add a solid Carey Price in the mix and one has a winning combination.

Pity Boston!

The Bruins must have played the most game 7's in recent times. Jeez. The time when they won the cup it seemed like every series finished in a game 7 too.

I hate Montreal more than I hate Boston. But I hope they pound the bejeebers out of eachother so that whoever does prevail gets killed by NY/Pittsburgh next round....

That interference call on Boychuk was just bizarre. 100 plays happen like it per game.

Especially considering some of the stuff they'd let go in the 3rd. A lot of pretty blatant stuff went uncalled.
