Round 2: (A1) Boston vs. (A3) Montreal

I was wondering what you meant - I'm not watching the game. Thanks for updating. :)

No surprise that a call goes in Montreal's favour at home, though.

Tuukka Rask has to be better than that for Bruins to win. Price is separating himself from Rask in this battle of goalies.

Two breakaways and no goalie was stopping that Plekanec goal.

Wow.  That's some B.S. right there, Subban knocks the net off and Bruins have control in Habs end but whistle goes.

Knocking the net off in the final 2 minutes is supposed to be a penalty shot, too. Habs really lucky that went uncalled.

I know everybody's convinced Subban did that on purpose, and it's definitely something that he might do, but I'm really not sure. Watching it again it looks like he thought Price was going to play the puck but then it bounced off his stick so Subban had to be a little quicker to get behind the net. And that caused him to take a poor angle. I mean why would Subban risk a penalty or even a defensive zone face-off there when he was first on the puck and could have possibly gotten it out if the winger handled his pass up the boards?

Desperation? I'm not saying it was necessarily a conscious decision, but we can't rule out the possibility that it was an instinctual one.

Subban played like a superstar tonight. Wow. His breakaway goal...he almost sent both Vanek and Riley Smith to the stands...his puck control on the PP was amazing...guy is gonna get paid and laid.

I'm torn. I HATE the Habs but it's nice to see a team occupying the Bruins head space. None of the Bruins crap is working on the Habs.

Id love nothng more than the Habs to knock the Bruns and their antics out.. I still don't think it will happen. If it does though then Montreal has done thier job and can stop winning

I think that makes it 9 of 10 Boston goals this series scored in the 3rd period.

Consider it the revenge of the Maple Leafs.  They made the Bruins think they can come from behind no matter the deficit.

They're addicts.  Forever chasing that initial high of the 3rd period of game 7 last year.

I think its amusing that the CBC broadcasters have been calling out the play of the Bruins in this series.  That never seems to happen when they are calling Leafs-Bruins games.

Huge missed opportunity for the Habs tonight. Bruins stole back home ice advantage with a 1-0 win in OT.

I think that game pretty much decided the series. Can't see Boston losing a best of three with home-ice advantage, although Montreal has kept things much closer than I expected.
