I arrived at 7:30am and was able to talk to her for about a half hour, tell her I loved her, hear her say it back and then she just went to sleep, surrounded by family, she passed at 11:20am.

This is the worst day of my life, i feel broken.

so sorry W. Hope you are able to take some comfort in that you got to see her before she passed on. Peace be with you and your family.

I don't know you personally, WIGWAL, but i do feel your pain.  My sincerest condolences to you and your family.

WIGWAL--Those we love we never lose, they stay in our hearts forever. I lost my Mom 20 years ago at the age of 23 and I still think of her everyday.Stay strong

Bender, my condolences to you on the loss of your Grandmother.

WIGWAL, my condolences to you as well on the loss of your mother.  I'm happy that you got to see her, speack to her and tell her that you loved her before she passed on but I'm sorry that you are bearing such heartache.

Gentle hugs to you both!

I've had bronchitis since Nov 23 and I can't tell if it's getting any better. Frustrated. Also very difficult to sleep, as it's now 6:40am. Blah.

Not to discourage you, but I had it for three weeks last year. Had so many antibiotics. Sent for xrays because one doctor thought it was pneumonia (my family doctor disagreed.) Turned out to just be bad case of bronchitis.

Jesus. I guese its just one of those things that takes a while to run its course, however long it is. Ive just never had bronchitis that showed no improvement after 10 days. Were you off work all that time?

I was off for three days. The rest of the time, coworkers just looked at me with disgust and poked me with a long stick. Some threw things.

I just discovered this thread, saw the title and was about to post some trivial complaint. Then I clued in on the discussion.

My condolences . Hang in there Wigwal.

Haha, you're  trooper thats for sure!

Well, I think I'm finally starting to turn the corner. I've still got a bit of wheezing but overall I feel better today. Might be the fresh air I got, but who knows really. Hopefully it sticks this time.

Well, clearly not turning the corner. Saw the doc a couple days ago and basically said stay the course. Nothing's changing and its tough to cough up phlegm. I'm going out of my mind with this wheezing.

My youngest daughter has had the same cough for 3 weeks now. Doctor has gone as far as to give her an asthma pump in hopes that helps clear it up.
