Mantha is out due to getting into his second career fight (defending a teammate) and breaking enough of his hand that it required surgery.

It being a home game, and Matthews still getting back up to speed, I'm thinking the lines will be:

Hyman - Tavares - Marner
Marleau - Kadri - Kapanen
Johnsson - Matthews - Nylander
Ennis - Lindholm - Brown

Those are what the lines should be.

That'd be fun to see how that might work out.

I have Willy 7th. Guessing Burke has Gardiner ahead of him. He's not too far off.

This isn't a knock on Willy. Glenn Anderson was 7th or 8th on those 80's Oilers teams and he's a Hall of Famer. Just means the Leafs are good.

My point being that every time he gets on the radio he drops him another peg.

The latest 31 Thoughts podcast talked very briefly about what to watch for in hockey practices and there was a remake about how Babcock runs tight practices where players are trained to stop at the net. Kapanen does exactly that.
