Carlyle hockey.  He's honestly a terrible coach.

I think, like Quinn before him, the game has passed him by. Good to see the two fighters in the lineup making a difference with all the momentum changing fighting this game.

Good job Dion.

Are you serious?

You bet I am. If you're not going to go after the puck at least try and get in front of the shot. Replay was hilarious. Look on his face was like don't hit me with the shot OV. Should of stood up instead of back pedalling.

Ovechkin with 43 goals in 45 games now.    Has a very small shot at 50 in 50.

Between two seasons, but still damn impressive.

Yes, although I was thinking about him for this year too.  20 goals in 22 games.

I don't think you even watched the replay.  Phaneuf was playing to get the puck being dumped towards him, instead of bouncing to him, the puck bounced back instead of forward and right to Ovechkin.  Ovechkin shot it instantly before Phaneuf could react to that.

But you find any reason to criticize Phaneuf despite how great he's played so whatever.  I'm sick of "debating" with you.

Clarkson does a lot of good things in the offensive zone but he's a black hole when he has the puck.  No vision for other players on the ice.  It's really making his low assist totals make sense.

Orr and McLaren's last shift was with 4 minutes left in the 2nd. Neither will play more than 4 minutes.

Yeah?  And how many career ending injuries happened to the Leafs tonight.

Thanks Colton.

Ashton has 4 points in 3 games for the Marlies.  Makes no sense he isn't taking one of their spots if Colborne lost his because of his play, why hasn't Ashton been given one of those spots?  He's played better at both levels than those two.
