What's the point of having Clune in the line-up if he isn't beating the crap out of Bobby Farnham?

Clune is in the lineup tonight? Has he had any ice time?

I don't feel like he or Froese have played much in the 3rd.

If anyone's figured out how to find the ice-time and faceoff summary reports on the new NHL.com I'd pay handsomely for that information.

The NHL doesn't believe you want that information.  Have some white rectangles of wasted space instead.

that ending was fun.  reimer standing on his head..bozak winning that faceoff and then the subsequent goal.  reimer going three for three in the shootout ..i approve

I know the Leafs had last change, but did Bozak beat up on one Devil specifically in the dot? Did they try putting two centers out against him?

I mean if they didn't that's pretty poor coaching.

I only had it on in the background while I was doing something else so I couldn't really track it myself.

New Jersey's one of the worst face-off teams in the league.

Congrats to Coach Babcock on the victory in his 1000th NHL coaching milestone.

It was also Lupul's 700th game played, Kadri's 300th, and Captain Phaneuf's 800th.

I was at the game last night.  Boring as heck with absolutely no flow to it.  Thank goodness the tickets were free because I would not want to shell out good money.

Rielly looks good with the reigns freed up.  Kadri needs someone skilled like him to exploit his potential.  Parenteau's skill is underrated.

One thing I noticed about the platinum seats.  It's been remarked from day one that the seats are empty at the beginning of each period.  However, it's the side the camera focuses on.  The other side was practically full.  I found that both interesting and odd.

I've noticed that when I'm been at games, too. The other side and the seats at the ends of the rink are mostly full when the period starts, but the seats behind the benches take a little longer. I get the feeling that there's where the majority of the real corporate season's ticket holders are - those are the prime value seats, after all - and they're less concerned with getting back to their seats for the opening draw. I've noticed they don't stay empty for long, but the guys there seem more willing to finish their beer and schmooze for the extra couple minutes - which, I suppose isn't unusual in the corporate world. It's just unfortunate that those are the seats in direct view of the camera.
