Game 15: Sens @ Leafs - 7:00pm, CBC

That glove save was superb right there from Scrivens. He seems to be a bit scrambly and not exactly confidence enducing but he gets stuff done so far this season for the most part

Totally how do you expect Komarov to stop there. If the player is going to turn at the last minute he deserves what he gets. Don't like to see a guy get hurt but your'e absolutely right.

Scrivens needs one of these, and lash him to the net.

I don't think Gonchar turned into the hit so much as he turned to play the puck. Because of where he was I think Komarov has the responsibility to realize that he can't just roar in behind him and nail him to the boards. That's probably a penalty even if Komarov doesn't hit him squarely between the numbers.

Like Hasek, doesn't look right...but it works.

Not saying Scrivens is Hasek.

He's playing well but I think my heart skipped a beat when he wandered over to the corner on a sens PP dump-in.  whyyyy

No fricken way.  Gonchar knew where Komarov was and took advantage, veteran move.  Gonchar had no reason to the reverse the puck there.  That said, I have no problem with the call or the move by Gonchar.  Part of the game.

I disagree, obviously. We've seen forecheckers thousands of times not roar into a defenseman behind the net and Gonchar, who looked to be slowing the play down, is playing right into Komarov's hands by simply going behind the net in an effort to get out of his way.

Like you say, the responsibility is Komarovs there to be able to hold up if he needs.

Franson really needs to change stick suppliers, i?ve lost count on how many he?s broke in recent history. He also has gained alot of confidence in his game, as has his coach.
