Id have loved that extra point but we just took 3 of 4 from a Ranger team that came in to this mini series on a high. Ill gladly take it and be happy.. Love it. Shootouts won't matter if we make playoffs

So expect tomorrow's newspapers to be filled with the story that Carlyle does not talk to Grabovski, Grabo says that he talks to Cronin for the most part and of course the media will turn this into a big story given Kadri's comments earlier in the year about what a great communicator Carlyle is.
EDIT: Also, Carlyle does not pick the shootout participants, he leaves that to Cronin who apparently monitors the players shootout performance in practise.

Sounds like they had a good comeback until that downer in the shootout. Too bad. Proud that they got 3/4 points. Hope that the loss doesn't send them on a loosing skid. It's happened before although they seem to REALLY be fighting for it every game this season.

lot of downers here waiting for the sky to fall. they got 3 out of 4 point and need 55 points total to in the playoffs. lets enjoy there season success while they have it.

Dude, no downer here. Can't blame a girl for being a little cautious!
If they do make the playoffs, it would be crucial if they went in on a bit of a high and not just hold on to 8th spot. Again 8 games left, so they're not out of the water quite yet. I'm proud of these guys and yes I am enjoying this success as much as anyone but I believe in not celebrating something that hasn't happened yet. I hope they make the most of the next 8 games. They've done too well this year and deserve better than to let it slip away.wow! why are so many people still witing for the sky to fall. face it already we have a good team people. my biggest worry now is if we can grab home ice advantage, I believe that is what we are playing for at the moment. lets hope this gets some of you doom and gloomers on the right page. ;D
