Wait, when did the Leafs get 14 shots?

I know that they got a few in the finals 5-6 minutes of the period, but I didn't think they had 6 shots that actually hit the net.  They probably have about 40 shots though with all the ones that have nicely wired around the boards and out of the zone.

Yeah, it went from 8 to 14 suspiciously quickly.  There might have been a couple on the second PK.

Carolina possibly 6 points behind us after tonight. What does that tell you? You know I can almost handle us not making the playoffs again then can Wilson's a** and fill in some holes during the off season and continue to build with some of our youth which hasn't looked better. As much as I like Nash I think if some of the rumors are true it's too much to give up  .

Look on the bright side, the Leafs still have eighth for now. Considering how crappy they have been playing that is incredible and a gift from the hockey gods. They play Montreal on Saturday, no? If they can get on a decent run they still have a chance.

Goalies have stunk the place out last view games but let's face it, offensively Leafs stink worse averaging just over 2 goals per game last 6 games.  Teams have figured out Leafs speed, shutting down center ice and Leafs have not changed their strategy, just keep on doing the same thing over and over again.

Wow, that just underlined Kulemin's season. Had the puck on his stick with an open net and he bumbled it.

Now Niemi is making saves. Isn't he supposed to be a sieve lately?

SJ has lost 4 straight so they're actually motivated unlike the Leafs.
